Showcasing the richness and diversity of a new generation of films, Reel Youth's, 'Best of the Fest' DVDs are a surprisingly insightful and entertaining series of shorts made by youth 19 years and under. Featuring innovative filmmakers from throughout North America and the world, these films were selected by a youth jury based on technical merit, entertainment value, and the message portrayed.
