YOUTH FILMMAKER APPLICATION

Calling aspiring filmmakers + changemakers (age 14-24) to participate in this FREE program to learn filmmaking skills and produce inspiring short films about LGBT2Q2S+ Troublemakers.
Receive a $300 honorarium and lunch each day of the program.
We’re also looking for 5 TROUBLEMAKERS to spend time with the youth and have a short film made about them. If there is someone you you think deserving of making a film about, please nominate them here!
The films will premiere as part of the Vancouver Queer Film Festival and be featured on TELUS’ Optik TV streaming service!
The dates and times for youth participants are:
May 28 - 30 : 4PM - 8PM
May 31 - June 1 : 10AM - 4PM
June 6 : 4PM - 8PM
June 7-8 : 10AM - 4PM
